Solving legal problems one at a time, through the art of persuasion.
My goal is to identify and solve legal problems – your problems.
My background as an undergraduate English Major and an attorney who has handled more than 110 appeals, has made me a firm believer in the power of persuasion. Whether writing a brief or letter or negotiating a complex contract, my goal is always clear and succinct expression that is easily understood and, when necessary, persuades the reader or hearer to adopt my client’s position.
To be effective, persuasive communication requires an individualized approach. By way of explanation, I once visited a little diner with just a counter and ten stools. Over the counter was a sign that read, “Come on in. We can serve 1,000 people – ten at a time.” In a similar vein, no matter how many clients I counsel, I always serve them one at a time, giving each person’s problems my full attention.
Whether I represent you in litigation, a commercial transaction, a real estate issue or an estate matter, you will receive my undivided attention, prompt responses to your questions, thorough legal analysis, vigorous advocacy and predictable fees. Finally, if, for some reason, I am unable to represent you, I will offer to refer you to one of my extensive network of colleagues who share my values.
You deserve no less.
